a year agoBeen using Terri since May 2007 (over 17 years) for grooming of all of our border collies. Our latest pair (now 11 years old) have been groomed by her since they were 6 months old. Every three months or so, they have their "spa day" and literally drag her into the van. We all love "Auntie" Terri and dread the day she retires! She is the best!

2 years agoShe should not be able to go any where near an animal. She is dangerous. She was man handling my puppy. She got water in his ears. She had the lead so tight around his neck. You could see how frustrated she was. Thank God I remained in the van and questioned her handling of my dog. She threw me out with soap all over my puppy. He was dripping wet. She hurt him cleaning his ears so roughly. A menace. You can see she should be no where near any animal. And according to one review a dog died in her care. Do your research. Go elseware. How she is in business is beyond me.

2 years agoI’ve been using Terri for 5 years she is the sweetest person my dogs absolutely love her it’s a game changer having the groomer come to you my dogs went to pet smart before and they don’t listen I have a long hair Chihua I wanted her hair trimmed they shaved her bald I tried another groomer they tore her muscles and cut her quick she was afraid so was my other two puppy’s but terry they love her they go willingly and come back happy I love how she communicates with them

2 years agoTeri is great, always gives a call back if she is unavailable. She is excellent with dogs. She talks to them and has a way of making them feel calm and relaxed. Highly recommend!

3 years agoTerri is great! Are used to take my pet to Petsmart grooming but it takes 4 1/2 hours! And my dog gets very anxious there because she’s a rescue and she’s crated until she’s groomed. It has taken her two days to get over the experience. Call Terri at Classy Paws Mobile Pet Grooming Dr. so the house my dog gets groomed in the driveway and she comes inside afterwards. Stress-free and a great service!

6 years agoThis woman killed my dog due to negligence. She ignored the signs of distress and continued to groom her until she was limp and grey. She did not apologize once instead she screamed at me that she did not kill my dog. This woman needs to lose her business and not be allowed to groom dogs again.
